FISH AND WILDLIFE COORDINATION ACT (FWCA)
- Gives the Secretary of Interior the following duties:
- to provide assistance and guidance to organizations to assure that wildlife conservations have equal consideration with features of water resourced development programs.
- to carry out surveys of the wildlife in public areas
- Wildlife conservations are defined as the planned management of wildlife resources.
